Clinical Supervision

I offer general clinical supervision, as well as specialized supervision to clinicians looking to deepen their competency working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, relationships, and families. My supervision style is relational. I utilize a client-centered approach in my work, and am informed largely by psychodynamic theories, social justice theories, and somatics. I also utilize (and have supervised therapists who use) motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, Flash, family systems, mindfullness-based stress reduction, and other modalities. I maintain a certificate in Psychodynamic Supervision in a Multicultural Context from the Smith School of Social Work.
